LYNN LEVY STUDIO

I created Lynn Levy Studio to provide functional designs that meet specific needs.  I closely collaborate with you to get the most out of new or existing space, whether for residential or commercial projects.

Careful listening, smart questions and a keen attention to detail allow me to understand your wants and needs.  I approach each project in an orderly and step-by-step manner, which helps you feel less overwhelmed.  I’m flexible enough to consider alternatives to any challenge yet firm enough to keep you focused and on track.

I can enter your project at any point and am happy to work with any professional already on board.

I draw on my extensive architectural experience to bring your vision to reality.  Balancing my creativity and practicality results in beautiful, functional spaces that enhance your life.

I was born to create order and help others do so.  I’ve done that through design since grade school, when I devised floor plans of dream houses and kept them neatly in a three-ring binder.  As a teen and during college, I worked summers for my father, a mechanical engineer, and a firm he consulted for, learning more about architecture, engineering and how an office runs.

My path was clear.

I began my professional architectural career in small firms, working on large projects such as office buildings, shopping centers and retail stores.  I continued this work when I opened my solo practice.

Over time, I realized I wanted to connect with the people who occupied the spaces I’d helped create.  I scaled back to smaller, more individual projects so I could interact with and more directly help the end user.  I’d found my passion in the one-on-one communication and problem-solving I now get to do.

My commitment to helping others extends to my personal life.  I’m an active volunteer, serving on several boards and committees, offering my skills and knowledge for the good of my community.

When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, cycling, in or near the water, gardening or basking in a beautiful sunset.
